\JI must apologize for taking so long to respond. I have not forgotten,
but I have been organizing a new project at Signetics and that has been taking
much of my time. However, I have also been gathering more information
about the publishing process, talking
with several past, current, and prospective authors in the technical
community. I am presently condensing my observations into a proposal
which should be on your desk within a month. I am sorry this has taken so long,
